Bobby Harold Johnson, age 76 of Carrollton, passed away Saturday, February 2, 2013. He was born September 24, 1936 to the late Ray Harold Johnson and Lillian Inez Hall. He was a retired electrician and a member of Cross Plains Christian Church. Survivors include his wife Jo Anne Malone Britt Johnson; daughter, Sandy Johnson of Smyrna; daughter and son-n-law, Anita and Kevin Robertson of Smyrna; step-son, Ed Malone of Bremen; step-son, Kenny Malone of Carrollton; step-son, Joey Malone of Bremen; brother and sister-n-law, Tommy and Eve Johnson of Bremen; brother, Sammy Johnson of Carrollton; six grandchildren, Mindy White, Cory and Coty Malone, Mckenna, Ashland, and Dustin Malone, and five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at 2:00 PM from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Rev. Mike Powers officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, February, 4, 2013 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. In accordance with the family’s wishes the body will be cremated following the service. In lieu of flowers donations to the Second Chance Animal Shelter & Rescue in Carrollton, Ga or the Malone-Johnson Trust at First National Bank are appreciated. Messages of condolences may be sent to the family at www.martin-hightower.com. Martin and Hightower Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.

Margaret Cash Johnson, 84, died Wednesday. A native of Chatham county, she was the daughter of the late John Thomas and Estelle Bowling Cash.
God took "Ma" home to be with him where she is one happy angel, finally getting to see "Pa" again. She is once again whole and we're sure she is cooking fried chicken or fish for "Pa" and Jesus tonight.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday in the Chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier. Burial will follow at Harnett Memorial Park. The family will receive family and friends one hour prior to the service.
She is survived by her sons, Tom Johnson and wife, Barbara of Greenville, TX; and Andy Johnson and wife Debbie of Raleigh; grandsons, Drew Johnson and wife, Elizabeth, Steven Johnson and wife, Erica, and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Hartman; sisters, Christine Johnson, Peggy Yow; brother, Earl Cash and grandsons Mike and Greg Johnson.

Hartman William Johnson, 86, has gone fishing with his Lord, on January 13, 2011. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, at 3 PM, at Neill’s Creek Baptist Church, in Angier. Visitation will be held one hour prior, from 2 – 3 PM, at the church. Hartman was born to the late William Allen Johnson and Myrtle Ray Hamilton.
“Pa” hooked a big one today. It is with joy and sadness that God has hooked the best fisherman ever. May he Forever Rest in Peace without pain. Knowing he is with the Fishers of Men eases our pain. We will surely miss him and love him greatly. Enjoy your new beach, Pa.
Before his retirement many years ago, Hartman was proudly employed with the NCDOT, for over 30 years. Surviving are his loving wife of 64 years, Margaret Cash Johnson; sons, Tom Johnson and wife, Barbara, of Greenville, TX, Andy Johnson and wife, Debbie, of Raleigh; sister, Margaret Mathews, of Angier; brothers, Elliot Johnson, of Angier, Rupert Johnson and wife, Louise, of Wilmington, NC, Coyt Johnson and wife, Peggy, of Holden Beach, NC; grandchildren, Michael Johnson, of Plano, TX, Drew Johnson and wife, Elizabeth, of Fuquay-Varina, NC, Steven and wife, Erica, Johnson, of Raleigh; great-grandchildren, Scott and Hannah. He is preceded in death by his grandson, Gregory Scott Johnson. Know all Men by these Presents, that we, Warran Hawks, Thomas D. Hawks and Henry Hawks, Jr. are held and firmly bound and obliged unto the Ordinary of said County, for the time being, and his successors in office, in the sum of Eighty thousand Dollars, to be paid to the said Ordinary, his successors in office, or assigns; for which payment, well and truly to be made and done, we bind ourselves, jointly and severally, and each of our heirs, executors and administrators, firmly by these presents. Whereas, Henry Hawks, Sr. late of Oglethorpe County deceased, died intestate, having, whilst he lived, at the time of death, divers Goods, Chattels, and Effects and Credits within the County and Sat e aforesaid; And whereas the above bound Warran Hawks and Thomas D. Hawks have made application to the said Ordinary, for Letters of Administration on the estate and effects of the said Henry Hawks, S r. deceased, but the time limited by law, for the granting of the same, not having expired, and the Goods and Chattels of the deceased being liable to be wasted and injured, unless authority is granted to some person to collect and keep the same together until administration thereon shall be granted.
Now, the Condition of the above Obligation is such, That is the above found Warran Hawks and Thomas D. Hawks do and shall faithfully collect, gather and keep together the Goods, Chattels and Effects o f the said Henry Hawks, Sr. deceased, without impeachment of waste, or charge of waste, or improper management of the property which shall come into their possession; or for any transactions concerning the same, until legal administration shall be granted thereon, and in the mean time render into the office of the Ordinary of said County, an account of their actings and doings therein; then this obligation to be void, otherwise remain in full force and virtue.
