(WEDOWEE) Funeral services for Daisy Hall Stewart, 80, of Wedowee were Sunday, Dec. 4, 2011, at 2 p.m. at Benefield Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Smith officiating. Burial followed in Bear Creek Methodist Church Cemetery, Woodland.
Mrs. Stewart died Friday, Dec. 2, at Northeast Alabama Regional Center, Anniston.
Mrs. Stewart was born Jan. 27, 1931, the daughter of Marvin and Bernie Dodson Hall. She was retired as a seamstress from Lamar Mfg. Co. She was a member of Word of Life Church.
Mrs. Stewart is survived by one son, Danny Stewart of Wedowee; one sister, Mildred Steed of Wedowee; and two grandchildren, Keith Stewart and Chris Stewart; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Winston Stewart.
