Marianne Jackson

Marianne Jackson was born on April 6, 1929 in College Park, Paulding, Georgia.  She died on June 4, 2007.  She married Joseph Ryland Hall (son of William Clifford Hall and Helen Claire Hollomon) was born on May 4, 1929 in Dallas, Paulding, Georgia.  He died on October 18, 1982 in Atlanta, Fulton, Georgia. 

Joseph Ryland Hall and Marianne Jackson were buried at College Park Cemetery in College Park, Fulton, Georgia.

She married Elmer Horace Brinkley.  He was born on August 28, 1922.  He died on October 15, 2010.

Elmer Horace Brinkley, age 88, of Riverdale and College Park, passed away Friday, October 15, 2010 at Sacred Journey Hospice in McDonough. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Marianne Jackson Brinkley, his parents, Hattie Lou and James W. Brinkley, siblings, Ruth Hubbard, Bertha Crawford, Wesley "Buddy" Brinkley, and William Arnold Brinkley. He is survived by his children Laura Brinkley Chapman of McDonough, David Brinkley of Riverdale, and Mary Jo (Hall) West of Phoenix, AZ; grandchildren, Nick Retzloff, Amanda Retzloff, Jeff Chapman, Molly Mahoney; great grandchild, Sonny Nolan; nephew, Robert Harold Hubbard and wife Dorothy. Horace served in the U.S. Army as a Technical Sergeant in the Quartermaster Corps and spent four years abroad in WWII in the North African and Italian Campaigns. Upon return, he spent much of his adult life working for Minton-Jones Office Supply in East Point. He was a longtime member of College Park First Baptist Church and lived his entire life as a true Christian giving to others. There was nothing he would not do for any of his children.
