Jefferson Cohen Banks (son of Briggs Jefferson Banks and Lillie Ocie Weaver) was born in April 1, 1892 in Jackson, Butts, Georgia. He died in March 1963. He married Eloise Mayne Smith (daughter of Mr. Smith and Florence) on Aril 1, 1916 in Fulton County, Alabama. She was born in 1898 in Georgia.

4. Wilber A. Banks was born in 1927 in Georgia.
5. Camilla Banks was born in 1934.
Notes
Jefferson Lamar Banks died overseas during WWII. Find A Grave has a wife attached to him, but I can find no proof of the union. Jefferson was listed as single when he enlisted in 1941.
