James Howard Weaver (son of James Lofton Weaver and Helen Virginia Carr) was born on May 4, 1930. He died on March 9, 2001. He married Ruth O'Lera Grisham. She was born on May 18, 1928 in Bemis, Madison, Tennessee. She died on November 25, 2014 in Griffin, Spalding, Georgia.
James Howard Weaver and Ruth O'Lera Grisham are buried in Berea Cemetery in Hampton, Hemry, Georgia.

Mrs. Ruth O’Lera Weaver, age 86 of Griffin, passed away on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at Brightmoor Hospice.
Mrs. Weaver was born in Bemis, Tennessee on May 18, 1928. She is preceded in death by her parents, LeRoy Grisham and Beulah McMurray Grisham; husband, James H. Weaver. Mrs. Weaver was born and raised in Tennessee, and loved Florida and the coastal seas. She loved her rose garden and enjoyed her family and friends to be together during the holidays. She also loved to grill out thick pork chops.
Survivors include her children, Lynne W. Becker, James M. Weaver, Kay Hawn; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Jerry Grisham; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Mrs. Ruth O. Weaver will be on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 from 1:00pm until 2:00pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be conducted in the Chapel. Reverend Gene Luke will officiate. Interment will follow in Berea Cemetery.
