Emily L. Banks (daughter of Briggs Jefferson Banks and Lillie Ocie Weaver) was born in December 1897 in Georgia. She died on February 29, 1948 in Fulton County, Georgia. She married Samuel H. Anderson (son of Mr. Anderson and Minnie). He was born in 1892 in Georgia.
There were no children to this union.
