Obituary of Gene Wise Moore - Jackson Progress Argus - 18 November 1987Gene Wise Moore, 85, of Phoenix, Ariz., died Saturday in Phoenix following a lengthy illness. Graveside services were conducted today at 2 p.m. at the Meredith-Wise family lot in the Jackson cemetery.
Mrs. Moore was a native of Georgia, daughter of Dr. Marion Travis Wise and Octavia Meredith Wise.
Survivors include two daughters, Mary Schepp of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Gene Owens of Phoenix; son. Bill Eaton of Tennessee; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
