John Patrick Powers

John Patrick Powers (son of John Patrick Powers and Margaret Marcella Coley) was born January 19, 1831 in Killucan Parish, Westmeath County, Ireland and died August 30, 1924 in Evanston, Cook, Illinois. He married first to Johanna. She was born 1838 in Ireland, and died January 06, 1881.

John Patrick Powers and Johanna had the following children:
1. James Powers was born in 1863 in Evanston, Cook, Illinois. He died on May 01, 1871 in Evanston, Cook, Illinois.  James was buried at Calvary Cemetery in Evanston, Cook, Illinois.

He married second to Mary Farrell on November 13, 1881 in Evanston, Cook, Illinois. She was born April 1845 in Ireland, and died November 15, 1921 in Evanston, Cook, Illinois.

John Patrick Powers and Mary Farrell had the following children:

1.  John Patrick Powers was born on March 25, 1883.

2.  Edward James Powers was born on October 14, 1884.

3. Robert Powers was born in January 1887 in Illinois and died on April 16, 1907 in Evanston, Cook, Illinois.  Robert was buried at Calvary Cemetery in Evanston, Cook, Illinois.  His grave is unmarked.

John, Johanna and Mary are all buried at Calvary Cemetery in Evanston, Cook, Illinois.
